November, 25-26 – WARning the CITIES is a one and a half day long conference devoted to the preconditions and consequences of war and other forms of ongoing and potential military conflicts, and the ways they affect cities, societies and people’s lives.
On November 28, 7 pm (UTC+3) Ilya Kalinin will give an online lecture. This is a first public lecture in a series that aims to describe the mechanisms and practices of the mutual intersection of culture and politics in Russia in recent decades.
